Mill Conversion 1078

Refurbishments and significant extensions to a converted mill, which had been left derelict for many years. The works included reinstatement of the original mill pond immediately to the rear of the property, involving complex retaining and waterproofing. The building retains a traditional stone frontage onto the adjacent lane, but at the rear utilises zinc and glazing to create a striking contemporary feel.
